About
Business analyst in Ho Chi Minh City. I work where business problems meet what is actually buildable.
I've been a business analyst at NUS Technology since August 2024. Before that I was a product management trainee at HIIP Asia.
The part I like most comes before the build: asking until the problem is clear, redrawing the flow, and writing something the whole team can check. Most of my work is requirements, process, UML, and specifications.
I use AI in my daily work — drafting requirements, building wireframes, and reviewing documents.
